PROJECT IMPACT

• Identify and lead technical initiatives to build clean, robust, and performant systems

• Lead a full stack development directly, delivering value to patients and providers using technologies

• Lead discussions in the design of software architecture and development of new functionality

• Mentor and oversee software engineers across the technology department to nurture a culture of ownership, learning, automation, re-use, and engineering efficiency through the use of software design patterns and industry best practices

• Support and enhance existing systems, including monitoring/observability, performance tuning, and responding to incidents

THE EXPERTISE

• Strong backend development experience with either Ruby, NodeJS or Python

• Looking for experience building complex systems, no data pipelines only

• Working closely with Data teams

• Experience building APIs, background processing and event-driven architecture

• Experience with React and/or React Native is a big plus
